I started gym when I was 18 years old. Today I have completed six months of going to gym. It was a great experience I have ever got. I had worked very hard for my body, It has changed my life and also my body. The trainer had showed me lots of exercise and given me some proteins to gain my weight. When I started gym my weight was 55kg and now it is 65kg, I had gained 10 kg weight in these 6 months, it made me to gain more weight and muscle.
